That could be true. However, I don't know how long FNLH has been in business or out-of-business. In order to recieve convertible shares there would have to be some sort of financing involved or work to the company, as TEFFY has said he has done; but don't know if his shares were converitable or not. If they were, then, yes, that would explain a lot.
