Yes, Linda has gone this route, but she is only one person with not a lot of shares. My point is that we need to all voice our concerns to our Trustee and perhaps that will either conflict BNY Mellon out or our Trustee will have to voice our concerns for a change.
Being against substantive consolidation is in direct conflict to our best interests IMO, and we either need a new Trustee or have BNY explain why they are doing what they are doing as our fiduciary.
