If the BNY Mellon is against consolidation, I doubt they would do anything to enforce our guarantee considering the fact that they did not even file a proper claim for the cap trusts. I hope (like the legal minds have prophesied) that BNY Mellon loses this battle with the judge and the 15.5 Billion bond claimants will have their say and the judge will sign off on the substantive consolidation, ensuring our payout from the whole deal to be closer to 20%.. Each CT =5 bucks. I will take that and retire :)
