An improvement is PV coming clean baout his role in Savanna East Africa aka NVAE...why not tell this to the shareholders from the beginning? If PV he does a reverse split he should tell the shareholders his debt problems are over and no more dilution will occur for those reasons at least so this thing can run and help those who have lost most of their money in it. Come on Phil do the right thing. Honest, Honor and Commitment the West Point way!

Next milestone should be 2nd quarter earnings..
