I think what I will do if I cannot think of an appropriate way to file my Preliminary Objections with the Court is to send a copy of my Objections to the Debtor's Counsel, Creditors' Committee's Counsel and the US Trustee.


My submission would be based on that I wish my proposed amendments to be heard prior to the Debtors substantially revising the Plan of Reorganization with a new Disclosure Statement.
