because of momentum plays. It happens to a lot of these pennys where lots of daytraders flock to a stock and when it gets played it is up to each individual to pull out with as much money as possible. BEHL should have never been worth .15. It just happened. Wish I knew then what I know now. If we get a slow climb to .15 then it is worth .15 and so on.
