VTG is a nice Critical Juncture stock.
Very good form showing in the daily. I would say anything that occurs will come from the friends of the company like their secret brokers and fund managers. I worked for Ohio Casualty as an associate and was told when Liberty Mutual was buying us that I could not buy shares. Someone did. I was told when I worked for Liberty Mutual that it was buying Safeco and not to buy their shares. Someone did. There is always whispers and they are usually long before the announcement. If I was the sec in these things I'd follow the money trail and the phone calls.
