You may be right with your GIMU analysis but IMO are underplaying the potency of the mistakes made by Jeff & Ken. Let's not sugar coat it. At best, it was a gargantuan schoolboy howler on the part of Jeff for writing the email and Ken for disseminating it. As if it wasn't difficult enough to upgrade onto the OTCBB and with the SEC taking an interest, you'd have thought Jeff would have "make a da sure" that he communicated to Ken in a manner that was so incredibly clear he could not have made any error. Those are the people running this company. Maybe we should offer them a laurel and hardy handshake.
