You are quite wrong in some of your points. They are not based in hong kong they are a Nevada LLC.

If you look at their bios they are pretty top notch. I would not be suprised one bit if they are dead on. The customer list problem is such a HUGE red flag it is not even funny.
Your rebuttal is very, very poor and even silly in the "muddy" "moodys" thing. IMO
