It is ironic, isn't it. I suppose my friend would call that a backhanded compliment.

CE is a blessing in disguise, it can only get better, it's not hard to fix, and it doesn't really mean anything.

Whatever it is that gets people interested in a particular penny stock, CE is not going to keep them away, of that I am certain.
