8) they are on their 4th C.E.O
9) they had to pay off David Stocknoff who burned his stock
10) they announced a Million dollar deal that never happend
11) the share price was once close to a penny under Schmuck Engel never seen the light of day again.

12) they had a walgreens deal that led to nothing else.
13) German company never re-ordered
14) neither did any of the other foreign deals they did such as poland, russia, or the U.K.

15) they never have any shareholder calls.
16 the T/A has been gagged the entire life of the company
17) they have one product what other public company doesnt come up with a new idea Ever!
