haveaniceday: Perhaps I did not make it clear enough, after we all received our cash dividend I would propose they do this. After a reverse split the shorts, if they failed to cover and chose just to pay the divi, would likely continue to sell short and walk the price down to reduce their margin requirements. Thus the company could buy back shares and then make a substantial tender offer to those of us who still had shares to take the company private, heck we would have a nice chunk of cash and could accumulate as well if we chose to. Seems like a plan that might work to me. Go FFGO!!!
