You addressed your question to Mordicai and I would rather hear his opinion myself, but I wanted to share a quick thought with you.
We are in Chapter 11, and the creditors want their money.
The Judge's job is to bring this to a timely and fair resolution, and preserve the assets for the creditors.
I have no idea when this will settle, and I am certain no one knows. However, if the Examiner comes back to the Judge in September and he has found assets that put us in the black, then I bet this Judge throws out the current POR/DS and tells SS to present her with his. We WIN!!!
