I've read on other boards here at i-Hub that '911' is an MM code for 'needs shares emergency!', meaning that there is a lot of demand coming in. Still don't know how far you want to believe the 'MM conspiracy' but I'm beginning to believe they manipulate a lot when there isn't much demand.
