Sytner was never more than a shareholder. Perhaps he held Enron shares as well. Maybe he has BP too. So what? Tying Sytner, and what ever he may be up too, directly to Megas' actions with BCIT is a waste of time. Sure, I don't trust Sytner...but he is not the CEO, Chairman, or the majority shareholder.
