TDA gave you the last publicly disclosed OS count .. IT doesn't mean anything. It's the number from March.

If you want current numbers you contact the TA .. If you can't get it from them because the company told them not to give the information out. (GAGGING the TA) you contact the company..Ultimately the issuer is in control of the information. But they are not the only source of it. This is standard procedure.
