I don't know if you ever got an answer on this... but the runup we had there at the end of May was in anticipation of news for the Hydro merger being completed. Because we didn't get that news we are now back down at these levels. Because of that, I anticipate that when we do get news of the Hydro merger completion we will move up. I would like to see them (VCTY) give us another deadline for when we can expect news - it seems that a deadline or timeframe will do more to build the PPS than through these smaller PR's which aren't being received all too well.
