As I posted earlier, my first reaction was that it was positive that he's leaving at the agreed upon time. We don't know what's going on, but it's at least possible that Quest is now calling the shots for HDC, as preparation for a buyout. If not a complete buyout, maybe Quest will just take control of 50% and let HDC remain semi-autonomous. We'll have to keep our fingers crossed that a deal is in the works.
