I lived next to the springs all my life

I hail from Charlotte County FL, The next town over from North Port were the spring is located. I know more than I want to about the spring.

First, The area closest to the spring will not be commercialized, This has been tried and shot down by local protesters & Government in the past. I have witnessed 100's of retiree's in the streets and on the cover of the Charlotte Sun.The spring is a natural resource, a protected piece of property. When you go, if you ever do, to the springs you will notice that the only real development has been there for over 35 years. The entire surrounding area will not be developed.

I had heard some other SEVU supporters make claim that the water will be bottled! I almost lost my lunch hearing this. Again this was proposed years ago, and, again, The locals & Government shot it down hard. I mean HARD!

Now the 150,000 shares?

Rich used his shares to purchase the spring? I thought Rich has never sold a single share? Why then is all of the info on a 8K, If it was between Private individ Rich & Private company springs LLC, There would be no 8k?

This deal smells funny to me?
