WHAT DO YOU CALL IT? DISCRETION! If it is not the primary function of the transfer agent to divulge information about a company and they refer you to the company then it would be a matter of discretion. If the company has the transfer agent gagged then it wouldn't make much sense for the company to refer their shareholders to the transfer agent for information, now would it?
Now with that being said, would you mind showing us all where you found the transfer agent gagged in this matter or should we all just assume that this is only your uneducated opinon of the matter?
