Management of BOTH companies have agreed to withhold the terms of the settlement that would provide that information to their shareholders. From the PR:

OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. Has Reached a Mutual Resolution in Its Lawsuit

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OOAG) announces that a mutual resolution has been reached of the lawsuit pending in Harris County, Texas, styled OMDA Oil and Gas, Inc. v. Joe A. Lanza, et al. None of the parties admit any liability and the terms of the resolution are confidential.

As a shareholder, apparently you have no right to know what the assets are.

As I have said before, these are two public companies and the settlement belongs to the SHAREHOLDERS, ALL shareholders, not management ONLY. That is the price you pay being a public company and obtaining the greater liquidity of public shareholder participation. Specially since the shareholders paid for the litigation in the first place.

PERIOD.
