Forget about it! any shareholders of the so-called Previous company (which also used 'ADCS') has nothing to do with the new owners. The lawsuit is with the previous owners, not the new ones. THEIR shares aren’t even sold yet and all YOUR shares are or will be worthless here. you all will be needing to buy NEW shares with the NEW ownership.

MONEY is and always IS the problems here.

Which is the better buck (in their favor) wink!, either blow-off all the shares of the old owners or assume them and write-off the insider's losses after the outsiders, (you all), sell your shares as soon as there's a BID. LOL!
