Yes, but at least they are not diluting. So that was a very good answer for me.
As for possible low cash flow, I am not concerned because they wouldn't keep buying land if they were in trouble.
Another good point that I really liked is that his shares remain restricted for as long as he's on the board. He hasn't even sold any TSHO shares because those are also restricted.
