Things that make you go AH and other nasty tricks

PSC has been talking to members and a lot of people want to hear more about shorting and we are glad to oblige. Pulling back the veil on the world of stock promotion is going to be fun and profitable. This new series of mailers on shorting could open your eyes to a new and exciting way to make money.
Before we start on this, PSC wants to make it clear that we love shorts but we also love longs. There are many great companies out there on the pinksheets and the OTCBB that deserve a place in your portfolio if you like to trade and have the ability to buy and hold to see the company realize their potential.

Great examples of solid longs include the legendary FRPT (http://www.forceprotection.net/) that went from pennies to over $30 in 2007.

YIPI is a PSC pick that could perform like FRPT and go to the NASDAQ. YIPI is up over 388% since our initial alert @ .60. If things go as expected, we would not be surprised to see YIPI trade past $10.00 in the next 3 to 6 months.

FRPT and YIPI are the good side of the penny stock coin. Unfortunately penny stocks have a lot of lemons in their ranks.
Fortunately, PSC loves lemons. We are on the warpath to make lemon aid. We are taking the time to pick one or two short candidates per month. Our team expects to have a webinar ready to teach members about short selling very soon. Once our webinar hits the street, we will mail out on short stories which could be very profitable for any members who want to play the market on that side.

PSC will never short a stock before we mail out. This will allow for an even playing field and give members the best chance to make money.

In the meantime, we thought it would be a good idea to get members looking for possible shorts along with our team.

There are many ways to spot a short but the number one way has to be to identify shaky share structures which have the potential to be dilutive.

The share structure will give you an idea of the insiders intentions to potentially dilute the company in the future.

Some terms you may want to remember include A/S (authorized shares), O/S (outstanding shares) and the float (free trading shares which could hit the market).

You can get these share counts by calling the T/A (transfer agent). The T/A's number can usually be found on the company's listing on pinksheets.com.

IF YOU CALL THE T/A AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION PLEASE SELL.

Any T/A who hides information is usually hired by a company which is planning to dilute.

Now back to the A/S. The A/S is the maximum number of shares you could see issued on the stock if a company is willing to go the maximum. Sometimes maximums can be as high as 1 billion shares and we have even see shares with 12 billion authorized. If the O/S is significantly below the A/S you can bet your life that the O/S will eventually move to the A/S level and your investment will get diluted to hell. This kind of set up is a sell signal and can be the first sign that you should short a stock.

PROMOTERS TO NOT SET THE A/S ABOVE THE O/S WITHOUT INTENDING FOR THOSE SHARE COUNTS TO BE EQUAL.

Another great short signal can be AH (after hours) trades. This AH should be spelled Ahhhhhhh. When you see large AH (after hours) trades they are printed after the 4 PM close. These large blocks are usually liquidations to pay a promoter or to sell bug blocks for affiliates and "quasi-affiliates". During the course of any one trading day, desk traders are given large blocks and told to work the order. The retail buys can't crack through resistance because some big seller is sitting on the offer and killing any momentum to the upside. The funny thing about this is that it can go the other way and these sellers become the gasoline which causes a stock price to go up in flames. If you see large AH trades on a stock, run and hide. Sell the stock before it kicks out your teeth and takes your wallet.

We will be back in the next few days with some more shorting tips and some examples of where AH trades and large A/S counts caused longs to get burnt but made shorters a ton of cash.

to be rich is more than monetary assets it is also brains and longegivity. youse your brain and do your own dd because my opinionated postings are only for me. do not use.
