Very nice..I have been trying to find a way to get to a Monkinar as I put all my extra money into CDIV and EIGH and even a little into PNTV. I don't know if Atlanta is where I will make it, but I will try harder just so I can meet you in person. You are right, most things happen for a reason and will serve a greater purpose to follow a different path than some people want. Maybe someone that needs something more than the rest of us will get a chance to get into something like CDIV at a cheaper price and make the most of a small investment and get the change in their life that they needed.
