But the financials were fake and the O/S was huge. Had they filed the truth, none of you would have been investors. Filing would have been easy but filing accurately would not have been a con and they would not have made their money.


And that would have been a very very good thing.

If I only had a DeLorean equipped with a Flux Capacitor, and the ability to get it up to 88 miles per hour.
