Just remember - she works for an answering service. She's the "rep" for a dozen other companies as well. They all pay her corporate management company in order for her to act as a local "employee" for purposes of incorporating in Nevada.

I wouldn't give any weight to anything she says. If you look at the list of companies they provide "corporate management" for, it's in the thousands (if I remember correctly).
