I fail to see the optimism/connection between one of the hundreds of Scanbuy programs and the fact that a Neustar link popped up. It's obviosuly another promising Scanbuy initiative and NOT NEOM and we all know that NEOM doesn't enforce patents or make any substantial money from the rights. Why are you that excited over this? It's not like Neustar announced that Visa has officially paid and signed up for a QR campaign using NEOM.


Aren't you the guy who predicted QR codes will take off upon the Word Cup or something like that?
