I don't think I will be able to file my Objection at this time since it was mentioned in the hearing that the Objection by the Ad Hoc Committee of LBHI Creditors was premature since the Debtors had not requested a confirmation hearing yet with the Court.
How can I make an appeal to Judge Peck for any amendments to the Disclosure Statement that the Debtors have not yet asked to be approved?
I could possibly file my Objection on the basis to be heard by the Debtors for consideration before they revise their Plan.
Our Trustee who is on the Creditors Committee should be adequately representing us and is not.
