Hello P4L,

I have been a stock holder for almost 2 years of MMTE, I have reviewed the attorney letter and I do agree that there are points in there that Mr Liberman needs to address in a PR very soon.

It states that 49000 Class C shares were sold to Mr Wiles from Joe Overcash and converted on may 19 2010 that equaled 245M common shares, that still equals billions of shares that Overcash is sitting on.

Im a beleiver in the stock and hold 5m myself but for this stock to rise for once and for all the air needs to be cleared on these issues.
