If we are not in decent shape by the time of the shareholders' meeting, I can't imagine when we will ever be...it also wouldn't be very much fun to be at the meeting either...for one I wouldn't be able to afford a plane ticket...so I hope "imminent" occurs before October. Of course I was hoping before August, but that's not looking good...oh well, I guess.
