Ya I know. This is huge for them. It answers the question of an earlier post: what do they have one truck? LOL. Now they have more than one. Rereading the 8K it looks like the 48 million shares are the B&P peeps interest in the company so wouldn't make sense to sell. There has to be some kind of restriction on the shares.
