That is the address of the stock transfer company "Pacific Stock Transfer". Transfer companies maintain lists of shareholders of record and updates on corporate structure as a service to companies. All (I believe) publicly traded company uses such a service. Also, MRNJ is more of a virtual company, than a brick and mortar establishment. GL.
