Insider selling is never a good sign, but it often is not a bad sign either-Let's see what the Q2 financials bring-If we see revenues of 100-125k or better and getting closer to cash flow positive it is no concern-If the numbers are bad, Frank may have a problem with selling on inside information in front of bad numbers-But if the numbers are good, Frank obviously needed to raise cash for personal reasons-And his and Cesar's sales are of no concern-They did it legally in front of good numbers-If they sold after good numbers I would be concerned about it, but in front of good numbers the sales are non-events-I believe Frank sold in front of good numbers-He has been doing everything above board-Buet we will see when the numbers come-
