what do you suggest spng does with all the false SEC filings? who will front the 100K plus to refile all the reports to keep the company from being revoked?

who will front all the cash to operate

who will front all the cash to keep Dicon open

who will front all the start up cash for both companies

with such meager sales of some sponges -

all the huge sales were LIES .. All the PR's touting the huge profits were LIES

the 3 billion shares the insiders sold are NOT LIES

who will be the new common share holders when the old ones are wiped out by the chapter 11 ?
