This is a historic day in America with President O'Bama signing the Financial Reform Bill. Henceforth Hedge Funds will be required to report all of their short positions to the SEC. While I believe they should be required to be fully reporting at least this is a start and once the SEC has an opportunity to examine the short reports they too may insist the Hedge Funds become fully reporting. Once the SEC has the hard evidence of the huge short in BCIT what will be the next step?
