What, or whom, is NIR?
if this company isn't bankrupt then isn't there still hope that someday this stock will rise up from the dumpster? Isn't this just a finance mess that MAY someday get solved and then we can move on to some gains? It may take a few years, but I'm assuming that the company itself will survive, and so then the PPS will move up.
