Who would have thought Tronox shareholders and to large extent the debt holders as well would be victims of collateral damage of BP oil spill. It's extremely unfair for the government to extract significant amount of money from shareholders of Tronox, who themselves are victim of fraudulent liability transfers.

I hope EC can convince the government that what has been proposed is unfair to shareholders and obtain some concessions in order to win equity holders vote. Maybe also EC can convince the Judge and UST to intervene on behalf of shareholders.
