Well if you truly belive this is a real threat the contact you provider and have them email you the incoming and out going ip logs to your ip and contact the Texas branch of the FBI and talk to the Internet fraud department. Those would be the first steps to take if this is really happening. But the first stop is to your provider to see if you really have any incoming access. You should have a firewall set up in any location. Any half descent router can give you protection.
