I will repeat this until I am blue in the face: EMI on musicmatrix.com is not EMI, the Media Group, and the videos are (mostly, I didn't bother checking all of them) not EMI artists.

Someone is trying to dupe you, and I guess it worked great because so many people think that EMI is somehow involved with those cruddy, low-res videos. The 30-second clips are 2-year-old old samples; the actual EMI site discontinued the 30-second clip 2 years ago.

On a similar note, the user masquerading as Lady Gaga is obviously not Lady Gaga.

I did send some info to the real EMI's legal department about the use of their name on musicmatrix, the rumor of their involvement with ENTI, and some background on ENTI the pennystock.
