If this shows up on REGSHO then I will say I was wrong. If the promoters or the recipient of a large block of shares shorted them against the box all they will have to do is give them to the market maker and the short will be covered instantly without buying to cover. More likely they were dumped. Is there an active REGDEX or Form 504 or 506 ? That would be a dead giveaway.
