One thought: I see from the video that there are three output beams (three lasers) from the Defender. I guess the latest news, which refers to two to three lasers (Guardian and Defender, respectively, I suppose) means that the company only needs one such output, which should indeed save on costs.
It appears the video camera's imager doesn't seem to be adversely affected by the MEAN beam. Good thing...we don't want LNGT to be sued by people whose digital cameras are damaged by the beam! :o)
