a few last questions -
how do i erase my posts? i thought i was sending a private message and then i tried to edit and cancel, but it wouldn't let me, it kept going back to the original post, so i deleted everything in the post. . . just for future's sake...
so here i go with more questions - (please do not attack)
so tomorrow, we're hoping Judge Gerber ends the Debtors exclusivity for presenting a POR - right? so if he ends it, we can present our version for voting purposes? and if he doesn't - we're stuck with a)voting for death b)being killed anyways?
i don't understand how it's been allowed to go as far as it has with them overpaying debtors and all - if there is no legal basis by which they are claiming all of this, can't they be liable for another class action lawsuit? falsifying information misleading the court or something to that effect
