Yes...clearly Eric works a lot..all CEO's do if they want their business to succeed..especially one that is "up and coming". However, working harder does not always equate to working smarter.

It has happened time and time again in the amount of time that I have been invested here that Eric uses inexperienced young companies, inexperienced "ambassadors" and in the case of the attorney for the Pink Sheets issue..it is my understanding she had little to no experience with such a thing...hence the mistakes that were made that lead to the delay. Why in the world would you hire someone to handle such an important issue when they don't know what they are doing?

I am all for saving money but in the long run..how much is really saved if it costs you more to have to redo everything? There have been a number of initiates that have began only to flop or have to be redone or rethought or just plain ended. The simple issues that came to light after the fact could and should have been avoided had they spent more time on it instead of jumping in with both feet and a lot of money, time and energy..ie..the "Local 100" a year or so ago.

Hawthorne & Lancaster seem to be the only ones that have done any good IMO.

You can hire all of the "professionals" with all of the experience in the world and if you keep making the same mistakes...it won't make any difference.

As a shareholder, he is using your money and you have every right to complain, question, cheer, jeer or do whatever you please. He doesn't have to reply to you but you have the right to say whatever you want. Don't let anyone tell you any different.

Eric has always been more than willing to discuss any subject, explain why he does what he does and listen to anyone's complaints or praise. That is rare but without that, without the explanations and communication, I don't think he would have as many investors as he does because if you just look at the numbers...things don't make much sense.

I continue to have hope.

ALL IMO
