I was surprised they needed it so soon after the first 200ml. But I suspect it has something to do with the lengthy contract negotiations that finally ended last week, We don't know yet what the payment terms are yet on the 1.75 million from SMPP. ENTI may not start seeing that come in for a couple of months and it will likely be in installments. An open market share buy back or share retirement is always on the table in the future if revenues are strong.
