If the oil spill had never happened then investors like myself would not be looking for "Stage 4" approval, which we thankfully got (need order although), we would be looking for status on all the other press releases out there. Oil well production numbers, Texas oils sands, Canada, Kuwait, South America, etc... Has any progress been made at all in these areas? What of other domestic uses?
