The SEC ordering us not to be able to buy or sell applies to our brokers in the same manner. Which means that the broker could not send out our money on the 13th to secure stock from anywhere for the FNLH stock. If they had not already used our money on Monday the 12th to secure the stock, then on the 13th, they were too late to do so. IMO
