Well, rule you are entitled to the way you think, but I feel you are way off base IMHO. You seem to always the the worse motives of the Stead's for their actions and I do not think they have given you any reason to think this way up to this point. They restricted their shares for 6 months after ours. I see that as honorable. I also, have had bad experiences with management from other much larger companies than KATX, but I still judge them on what they say and do and as long as they keep their word and if there is a change communicate it I have no problem thus far.

I can see why you do not like restrictions since you cannot trade the shares but everything is not done to satisfy you, but the longer term shareholder trying to build value and lve day to day.
