UWBK - Obi how are you budz. Here i bring to you a play that obviously has found a bottom and trending back-up. The recent drop was news on regulators poking around(probably brought out a lot of shorters) they were given a time-line of 30 days due at the end of the month to raise capitol ratios. So here we are, we have a boat load of insiders holding including 9% ownership by Morgan Stanley. CEO last month had an open market purchase to the tune of 75k and coming off of recent Bank has agreed to purchase from Legent Group, LLC all of the outstanding equity interests in Legent Clearing a way to generate more revs!
