I just developed a great new spreadsheet for valuing ERHE. Take the amount of proven reserves that you expect ERHE to end up with. Multiply it by $8 per bbl. and that will give you the market cap. Divide the market cap by shares outstanding and that will give you the value per share of ERHE.

I expect ERHE to end up with 500 thousand BOE in reserves. That means the market cap will be $4 billion. Divide that by about 725 million shares outstanding and you have a valuation of $5.16 per share. Voila. That's it. That's the answer.

I feel so much better now that I know for sure. I have found the answer via my spreadsheet and you can not argue with my spreadsheet. Don't even try because my spreadsheet has to be right. All the numbers in my spreadsheet have been verified and guessed at by numerous people those being me, myself and I. There you have it. I'm really glad I was able to provide my spreadsheet to all of you who were unsure. Now you can be sure. We all can be sure. What a relief.
